Resonant structures in B^{0}→ψ^{'}π^{-}K^{+} decays are analyzed by performing a four-dimensional fit of the decay amplitude, using pp collision data corresponding to 3  fb^{-1} collected with the LHCb detector. The data cannot be described with K^{+}π^{-} resonances alone, which is confirmed with a model-independent approach. A highly significant Z(4430)^{-}→ψ^{'}π^{-} component is required, thus confirming the existence of this state. The observed evolution of the Z(4430)^{-} amplitude with…

Model-Independent Observation of Exotic Contributions to B^{0}→J/ψK^{+}π^{-} Decays.

An angular analysis of B^{0}→J/ψK^{+}π^{-} decays is performed, using proton-proton collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 3  fb^{-1} collected with the LHCb detector, rejecting the K*-only hypothesis with a large significance.

Observation of J/ψϕ Structures Consistent with Exotic States from Amplitude Analysis of B^{+}→J/ψϕK^{+} Decays.

Four J/ψϕ structures are observed, each with significance over 5 standard deviations, and the quantum numbers of these structures are determined with significance of at least 4 standard deviations.

Amplitude Analysis of B^{±}→π^{±}K^{+}K^{-} Decays.

This component has the largest CP asymmetry reported to date for a single amplitude of (-66±4±2)%, where the first uncertainty is statistical and the second systematic.

Evidence for Exotic Hadron Contributions to Λ_{b}^{0}→J/ψpπ^{-} Decays.

The data support a model containing all three exotic states, with a significance of more than three standard deviations, and are consistent with the P_{c}(4380)^{+} and P(4450)^{-} production rates expected from their previous observation taking account of Cabibbo suppression.

Observation of J/ψp Resonances Consistent with Pentaquark States in Λ_{b}^{0}→J/ψK^{-}p Decays.

To obtain a satisfactory fit of the structures seen in the J/ψp mass spectrum, it is necessary to include two Breit-Wigner amplitudes that each describe a resonant state.

Observation of the decay $\Lambda^0_b\rightarrow\psi(2S)p\pi^-$

The Cabibbo-suppressed decay Λ$_{b}^{0}$  → ψ(2S)pπ$^{−}$ is observed for the first time using a data sample collected by the LHCb experiment in proton-proton collisions corresponding to 1.0, 2.0 and

Studies of Excited $D$ mesons in $B$ meson decays

This thesis documents the studies of several three-body B + meson decays, each with a charged charmed meson in the final state. All analyses presented use a data sample recorded by the LHCb detector

Amplitude analysis of D^{0} → π^{+} π^{-} π^{+} π^{-} decays using CLEO-c data

The resonant substructure of the decay D → ππππ is studied by performing a full five-dimensional amplitude analysis. Preliminary results based on data collected by the CLEO-c detector are presented.

Theoretical study on photoproduction of the charged charmoniumlike $Z_{c}^{+}(4200)$

In this work, inspired by the observation of charmoniumlike $Z_{c}^{+}(4200)$%, we study the photoproduction of the charged charmoniumlike $Z_{c}^{+}(4200) $ with an effective Lagrangian approach and

Study of the ψ2(3823) and χc1(3872) states in B+ → (J/ψπ+π−)K+ decays

The decays B+ → J/ψπ+π−K+ are studied using a data set corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 9 fb−1 collected with the LHCb detector in proton-proton collisions between 2011 and 2018. Precise

Search for the Z(4430)(-) at BABAR

We report the results of a search for Z(4430)^- decay to J/Ψ π^- or Ψ(2S)π^- in B(^-.0)→ J/Ψ π^-K^(0.+) and B^(-.0) → Ψ(2S)π^-K^(0.+) decays. The data were collected with the BABAR detector at the

Photoproduction of Z(4430) through mesonic Regge trajectories exchange

The recently discovered Z(4430) mesonic resonance is believed to be a strong tetraquark candidate. The photoproduction in the channel {gamma}p{yields}Z{sup +}(4430)n{yields}{psi}{sup '}{pi}{sup +}n

Line shapes of the Z(4430)

The Belle Collaboration recently discovered the first manifestly exotic meson: Z{sup +}(4430), which decays into {psi}{sup '}{pi}{sup +} and therefore has quark content ccud. The proximity of its

Bottomed analog of Z{sup +}(4433)

The newly observed Z{sup +}(4433) resonance by BELLE is believed to be a tetraquark bound state made up of (cu)(cd). We propose the bottomed analog of this bound state, namely, by replacing one of

Observation of two charged bottomonium-like resonances

We report the observation of two narrow structures at 10610MeV/c^2 and 10650MeV/c^2 in the pi^{\pm}Upsilon(nS) (n=1,2,3) and pi^{\pm}h_b(mP) (m=1,2) mass spectra that are produced in association with

J / ψ and Observation of a Charged Charmonium-like State at Belle

The cross section for e+e− → π+π−J/ψ between 3.8 GeV and 5.5 GeV is measured with a 967 fb−1 data sample collected by the Belle detector at or near the Υ(nS) (n = 1, 2, ..., 5) resonances. The Y

Search for tetraquark candidate Z(4430) in meson photoproduction

We propose a search for the newly discovered tetraquark candidate $Z(4430)$ in photoproduction. Based on the Belle results, we show that if $Z(4430)$ is a genuine resonance, its significantly large

Determination of the X(3872) meson quantum numbers.

The quantum numbers of the X(3872) meson are determined to be J(PC)=1(++) based on angular correlations in B(+)→X(3872)K(+) decays, where X(3872)→π(+)π(-)J/ψ and J/ψ→μ(+)μ(-). The data correspond to

Partners of Z (4430) and productions in B decays

Recently, the Belle Collaboration has reported a resonant state produced in B -> K pi psi(1), which is called Z (4430). This state is charged, so it can not be interpreted as an ordinary charmonium
