We present a measurement of the standard model CP violation parameter sin2 phi(1) based on a 29.1 fb(-1) data sample collected at the Upsilon(4S) resonance with the Belle detector at the KEKB asymmetric-energy e(+)e(-) collider. One neutral B meson is fully reconstructed as a J/psi K(S), psi(2S)K(S), chi(c1)K(S), eta(c)K(S), J/psi K(L), or J/psi K(*0) decay and the flavor of the accompanying B meson is identified from its decay products. From the asymmetry in the distribution of the time…

Measurement of the CP asymmetry amplitude sin2beta with B0 mesons.

Results on time-dependent CP asymmetries in neutral B decays to several CP eigenstates are presented and the magnitude of lambda is consistent with unity, in agreement with the standard model expectation of no direct CP violation in these modes.

First observation of CP violation in the decays of B(s)0 mesons.

Using pp collision data corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 1.0 fb(-1) and collected by LHCb in 2011 at a center-of-mass energy of 7 TeV, the measurement of direct CP violation in B(s)(0)→K(-)π(+) decays is reported, with significance exceeding 5 standard deviations.

Measurement of CP Violation in B0→J/ψK{S}^{0} Decays.

Measurements are presented of the CP violation observables S and C in the decays of B(0) and Bover ¯]0 mesons to the J/ψK(S)(0) final state, consistent with the current world averages and with the standard model expectations.

Precision measurement of the CKM parameter sin() with the LHCb experiment

This thesis presents a decay-time dependent measurement of CP violation in the decay of B0 and B0 mesons into their common J/ψK0 S final state. The CP observables Su/uu0S and Cu/uu0S allow

Measurement of CP violation in B 0 → J/ψK 0 S decays

: Measurements are presented of the CP violation observables S and C in the decays of B 0 and B 0 mesons to the J/ψK 0 S final state. The data sample corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 3 . 0

First evidence of direct CP violation in charmless two-body decays of Bs0 mesons.

Using a data sample corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 0.35  fb-1 collected by LHCb in 2011, we report the first evidence of CP violation in the decays of Bs0} mesons to K±π∓ pairs,

DELPHI Collaboration

Inclusive production of two (K ¯ Kπ) 0 states in the mass region 1.22–1.56 GeV in Z decay at LEP I has been observed by the DELPHI Collaboration. The measured masses and widths are 1274±4 and 29±12

Search for lepton-flavor-violating tau-lepton decays to ‘γ at Belle The BELLE collaboration

: Charged lepton flavor violation is forbidden in the Standard Model but pos-sible in several new physics scenarios. In many of these models, the radiative decays τ ± → ‘ ± γ ( ‘ = e, µ ) are
