The aim of this study was to determine the shaking time, optimum concentration of xilanase, and the reversibility efficiency of immobilized xilanase. In this research, the shaking time (1, 2, 3, 4, 5) hours and at 0.1 g of H2SO4 activated bentonit. Determination of protein content is done by using Spectrofotometry method and Biuret reagent, whereas xilosa amount used DNS reagent.
