    • Coronary endarterectomy is first presented by Baily et al. as a surgical revascularization procedure against diffuse coronary artery disease on 29th October 1956. Coronary endarterectomy provides a way of complete surgical revascularization of the myocardium in diffuse and calcified coronary arteries with adequate blood flow to distal part of vessels, thus improving myocardial function.
