Abstract The aim of this review was to investigate the association between attention deficit / hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or AD­ HD-related symptoms and industrial chemicals, such as organophosphates and organochlorine pesticides, polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs), lead, mercury and manganese.
