Abstract Flowers and vegetative parts of wild Taraxacum identified as belonging to sect. Ruderalia were chemically characterized in nutritional composition, sugars, organic acids, fatty acids and tocopherols. Furthermore, the antioxidant potential and phenolic profiles were evaluated in the methanolic extracts, infusions and decoctions.
