A 74-year-old man presented with recurrent obscure, overt, life-threatening gastrointestinal bleeding. Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD) showed blood in the fundus and a nonbleeding Dieulafoy lesion at the lesser curvature of the stomach (●" Fig.1).
