Cascade Models and Particle Production: A Comparison
Cascade models have been used successively for heavy ion collisions in a wide range of energy stretching to a few tens of MeV/u to a TeV/u. Depending upon the energy range, they cany different
Quark Coalescence Mechanism near the Threshold
The process of quark coalescence (coherent quark fusion) is described as a possible mechanism for forming cumulative particles. We evaluate and sum Feynman diagrams for the mechanism of coherent
Structure of Nuclear Matter at Short Distances

REVIEW ARTICLE: Charmed and bottom flavoured particle production in hadronic interactions
In this review emphasis is put on hadroproduction of open heavy flavours and on results from fixed target experiments and hadron colliders. It should be complementary to several recent reviews which
Nuclear-bound quarkonium.
We show that the QCD van der Waals interaction due to multiple gluon exchange provides a new kind of attractive nuclear force capable of binding heavy quarkonia to nuclei. The parameters of the
Spin correlations, QCD color transparency, and heavy-quark thresholds in proton-proton scattering.
The results provide support for the ''color-transparency'' phenomenon predicted in perturbative QCD away from resonances or heavy-quark thresholds, interfering with a perturbation QCD background.
