OBJECTIVE To explore the expression of Notch1 signaling pathway in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). METHODS We performed immunocytochemistry on surgically resected NPC using antibodies against embryonic stem (ES) cell proteins and against Notch1 signaling components.
