Dr. Matthias Dembinski is a Senior Research Fellow at the Research Institute for International Affairs (Stiftung Wissenschaft und Politik) in Ebenhausen, Germany. Prior to joining that Institute, he worked with the Nuclear Nonproliferation Project at the Peace Research Institute in Frankfurt.
