Peripheral blood lymphocytes from psoriatic patients undergoing photochemotherapy using oral 8-methoxypsoralen and high-intensity long-wave ultraviolet radiation, were isolated and their ability to respond to phytohemagglutinin and to form spontaneous rosettes with sheep red blood cells was measured in vitro.
