PURPOSE We report three cases illustrating an alternative treatment option for premacular haemorrhage. METHODS This retrospective interventional case study included three eyes in three patients with premacular haemorrhage caused by idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura in the first case, trauma in the second case and retinal arterial macroaneurysm in the third case.
