Nodular elephantoid lymphedema.

Abstract

An active, robust, alert 90-year-old man has had nodular elephantoid lymphedema on his left leg for sixty-one years. The patient has been managed conservatively and has not experienced significant morbidity or been hospitalized. The skin healed rapidly when small fibrous nodules were surgically removed.
