Significant numbers of 3 pest species of noctuid moths were captured in traps baited with acetic acid, 3-methyl-1-butanol, and 3-methyl-1-pentanol. These were Lacanobia subjuncta (Grote & Robinson); Mamestra configurata Walker, bertha armyworm; and Xestia c-nigrum (L.), spotted cutworm.
