Using an $SO(10)$-inspired form for the Dirac neutrino mass, we map the neutrino data to right-handed neutrino Majorana mass-matrix, $\mathcal M$, and investigate a special form with \emph{seesaw} tribimaximal mixing; it predicts a normal hierarchy, and the values of the light neutrino masses. It may be generated by mapping the top quark hierarchy onto the vacuum values of familon fields transforming under the family group $\mathcal{ PSL}_2(7)$. We next investigate the hypothesis that these…

Exotic see-saw mechanism for neutrinos and leptogenesis in a Pati-Salam model
• Physics
• 2015
A bstractWe discuss non-perturbative corrections to the neutrino sector, in the context of a D-brane Pati-Salam-like model, that can be obtained as a simple alternative to SO(10) GUT’s in theories
Conformal standard model with an extended scalar sector
• Physics

The investigation of the rôle of finite groups in flavor physics and, particularly, in the interpretation of the neutrino data has been the subject of intensive research. Motivated by this fact, in
Neutrino Flavour Symmetries
• Physics

We provide a general classification of flavour symmetries according to their interplay with the proper Poincare' and gauge groups and to their linear or nonlinear action in field space. We focus on
Stitching an asymmetric texture with T13×Z5 family symmetry

We propose $\mathcal{T}_{13} = \mathcal{Z}_{13} \rtimes \mathcal{Z}_3$ as the underlying non-Abelian discrete family symmetry of the asymmetric texture presented in arXiv:1805.10684 [hep-ph]. Its mod
Leptogenesis from the asymmetric texture
We investigate nonresonant thermal leptogenesis in the context of the $SU(5)\ifmmode\times\else\texttimes\fi{}{\mathcal{T}}_{13}$ asymmetric texture'', where both Dirac and Majorana $CP$ violation
