The purpose of the present research was the estimation of efficiency of new methods of neurorehabilitation of impairments of cognitive functions with the use of computer programs of correction. Twenty six post-stroke patients aged 57–69, (male - 12, female - 14) were examined and treated. In addition to usual restorative treatment all patients received a course of neuropsychological computer programs training within 14 days, 25–35 min of duration.
