AbstractObjective: The fade in train-of-four (TOF) monitoring is considered to be due to blocking of the prejunctional nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (AchRs). During onset of the neuromuscular block (NMB) tubocurarine (TC) causes more fade in the TOF responses than vecuronium (VEC).
