We report four patients with Waldenström's macroglobulinaemia with an unusual neurologic complication, neurolymphomatosis, characterized by meningeal and root nerve infiltration by lymphoplasmacytic cells. Patients presented with rapidly progressive leg proximal weakness. Examination of cerebrospinal fluid disclosed lymphoplasmacytic cells.
