Reproductive functions are controlled by a very sophisticated system that is composed by the perfect syncronization of neuronal end endocrinological functions. Hypothalamus is the neuroendocrine gland that discharges GnRH that stimulates LH and FSH secretion from pituitary thus promoting ovarian function.
