Background: Global analysis of 3 human genomes of increasing levels of evolution (Neanderthal/Sapiens Build 34/Sapiens hg 38) reveals 2 levels of numerical constraints controlling, structuring and optimizing these genome’s DNA sequences. A global constraint - called “HGO” for “Human Genome Optimum” - optimizes the genome at its global scale. The same operator applied to each of the 24 individual chromosomes reveals a hierarchical structure of these 24 chromosomes. Methods: We analyze how this…
The Optimal Multi-Isotopic Atomic Code of Life: Perspectives in Astrobiology
TLDR
A digital meta-code common to the three languages of biology that are RNA, DNA and amino acid sequences is demonstrated, which reveals a binary code as well as an undulatory code whose analysis on the human genome makes it possible to predict the alternating bands constituting the karyotypes of the chromosomes.
SIX FRACTAL CODES OF LIFE FROM BIOATOMS ATOMIC MASS TO CHROMOSOMES NUMERICAL STANDING WAVES: THREE BREAKTHOUGHS IN ASTROBIOLOGY, CANCERS AND ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
TLDR
This work demonstrates the existence of a digital meta-code common to the three languages of biology that are RNA, DNA and amino acid sequences, which will undoubtedly one day constitute a new biomathematic approach to the emergence of living things.
WUHAN COVID-19 SYNTHETIC ORIGINS AND EVOLUTION
TLDR
It is demonstrated that the complexity and fractal multiplicity of these Fibonacci numerical waves increases over the years of the emergence of new SARS strains, and it is suggested that this increase in the overall organization of the SARS genomesover the years reflects a better adaptation of Sars genomes to the human host.
Six Fractal Codes of Biological Life : perspectives in Exobiology and Artificial Intelligence Biomimetism Decisions Making
TLDR
The existence of a digital meta-code common to the three languages of biology that are RNA, DNA and amino acid sequences is demonstrated, through which genomic and proteomic images appear almost analogous and correlated.
THE OMICRON VARIANT BREAKS THE EVOLUTIONARY LINEAGE OF SARS-COV2 VARIANTS
TLDR
The loss of long-range fractal meta-structures in the OMICRON spike gene are in line with common knowledge on the mechanisms of epidemic ending, involving  recombination of heavily mutated RNA fragments of the virus, with the possible inference of a distinct helper virus.

Sapiens Mitochondrial DNA Genome Circular Long Range NumericalMeta Structures are Highly Correlated with Cancers and Genetic DiseasesmtDNA Mutations
TLDR
Using the circular nature of the 16k base-pairs human mtDNA genome, hypothetical proportions between the C+A and T+G bases are discovered and a very strong formal causal correlation between these numerical meta structures and these referenced mutations is established.
Loss of heterozygosity at chromosome 16q in prostate adenocarcinoma: identification of three independent regions.
TLDR
Evidence is provided that three different target regions on 16q might be involved in the pathogenesis of prostate cancer, and the rate of LOH was significantly higher in metastatic forms than localized forms, pointing to a gene related to invasiveness in prostate cancer.
Mechanisms underlying losses of heterozygosity in human colorectal cancers
Losses of heterozygosity are the most common molecular genetic alteration observed in human cancers. However, there have been few systematic studies to understand the mechanism(s) responsible for
Loss of Heterozygosity on Chromosome 10 Is More Extensive in Primary (De Novo) Than in Secondary Glioblastomas
TLDR
Results are in accordance with the view that LOH on 10q is a major factor in the evolution of glioblastoma multiform as the common phenotypic end point of both genetic pathways, whereas Loh on 10p is largely restricted to the primary (de novo) gliOBlastoma.
The “3 Genomic Numbers” Discovery: How Our Genome Single-Stranded DNA Sequence Is “Self-Designed” as a Numerical Whole
TLDR
It is shown here how codon populations forming the single-stranded DNA sequences can constitute a critical approach to the understanding of junk DNA function, and a new kind of duality between “form and substance” overlapping the whole human genome is demonstrated.
Chromosome 5 imbalance mapping in breast tumors from BRCA1 and BRCA2 mutation carriers and sporadic breast tumors
Comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) analysis has shown that chromosome 5q deletions are the most frequent aberration in breast tumors from BRCA1 mutation carriers. To map the location of putative
Clinical categories of neuroblastoma are associated with different patterns of loss of heterozygosity on chromosome arm 1p.
Stem cell divisions, somatic mutations, cancer etiology, and cancer prevention
TLDR
An independent approach based solely on cancer genome sequencing and epidemiological data suggested that R mutations are responsible for two-thirds of the mutations in human cancers, and results are consistent with epidemiological estimates of the fraction of cancers that can be prevented by changes in the environment.
Comprehensive Mapping of Long-Range Interactions Reveals Folding Principles of the Human Genome
TLDR
Hi-C is described, a method that probes the three-dimensional architecture of whole genomes by coupling proximity-based ligation with massively parallel sequencing and demonstrates the power of Hi-C to map the dynamic conformations of entire genomes.
