Present information systems need tools that are able to register the variety of problems that occur in the system, co-ordinating the efforts of resolution and keeping the experience gained in those efforts. These applications are traditionally called Trouble Ticket Systems (TTS). Basically, a TTS system is expected to operate as “a hospital chart, co-ordinating the work of multiple people who may need to work on the problem” [1].
