OBJECTIVE To assess neocortical changes and their relevance to cognitive impairment in early relapsing-remitting (RR) multiple sclerosis (MS). METHODS Conventional MR was acquired in 41 patients with RR MS and 16 demographically matched normal control subjects (NCs).
