Une enquete sur les nematodes parasitant les Poissons du Koweit a ete effectuee d'octobre 1992 a septembre 1995. Les nematodes les plus frequemment rencontres sont les larves d'Anisakides, appartenant a onze types differents : Anisakis simplex, Terranova sp. (un type), Contracaecum sp. (un type), Hysterothylacium sp. (huit types, KA a KH).
