Necrotizing fasciitis--an unusual presentation of miliary mycobacterium tuberculosis.

We report an immunocompromised patient who presented with necrotizing fasciitis as the initial presentation of miliary tuberculosis. The diagnosis of miliary tuberculosis was delayed resulting in prolonged morbidity and hospital stay.
