Naxos disease and Carvajal variant.

An 11-yr-old girl, born out of a consanguineous marriage presented with recurrent exertional syncope due to ventricular tachycardia. She had woolly hair, palmoplantar hyperkeratosis and mild cardiomegaly. Echocardiogram revealed mild left ventricular dysfunction.
