PROBLEM Natural killer (NK)-cell cytotoxicity in women undergoing lymphocyte immunization prior to and following treatment was investigated. METHOD OF STUDY A cohort of 33 women with a history of two or more recurrent spontaneous abortions was prospectively studied.
