The invention relates to a communication device, particularly to a narrowband speech and broadband speech combined distribution frame. A narrowband speech input module and a narrowband speech output module comprise a plurality of narrowband input and output terminals respectively; a broadband speech input module and a broadband speech output module comprise a plurality of broadband input and output terminals respectively; a broadband speech local side device is connected with the broadband input terminals through broadband data interfaces, the broadband input terminals are connected with corresponding broadband output terminals, and the broadband output terminals are connected with a user broadband terminal through a user data interface. According to the distribution frame, the narrowband speech modules and the broadband speech modules are combined on one circuit board, a user only needs to unplug a connection line between a narrowband user terminal and the narrowband speech output terminals and connect the broadband user terminal with the broadband speech output terminals when the user needs to cutover to the broadband speech from the narrowband speech. The frame has the advantages that not only the operation is simple, jumpers are few, misoperation is avoided, but also terminals can be prevented from being occupied by ineffective jumpers.
