NAPA, the Neural Activity Pattern Animator, is a scientific visualization application capable of animating spatio-temporal patterns of activity within an ensemble of neurons that comprise a neural map. NAPA takes an. innovative approach to ensemble responses, by simultaneously animating the individual responses of each constituent neuron to produce the collective ensemble response.
