The effect of prior treatment with the opioid receptor (opioceptor) antagonist naloxone on conditioned place preference produced by the neurotachykinin substance P (SP) and its C-terminal hexapeptide analog [pGlu6]-SP(6-11) (SPC) was investigated in rats.
