AbstractNLO QCD corrections to charged and neutral current Drell-Yan processes are computed with help of the computer system SANC. At the partonic level both quark-antiquark and quark-gluon scattering channels are taken into account. Subtraction of collinear singularities in the massive quark scheme is compared with the one in the $$ \overline {MS} $$ scheme. Numerical results at the hadronic level are received for the LHC conditions with help of Monte-Carlo integrators and event generator…

SANCnews: Top decays in QCD and EW sectors

In this paper we present the results of the implementation of the decay t → bf1\( \bar f \)′1 into the SANC system (f1 is a massless fermion). The new aspect of the work is the combination of QCD and

SANC system and its applications for LHC

Inverse bremsstrahlung contribution to Drell-Yan-like processes

AbstractWe consider the contribution of the $$ \gamma q \to q'l_1 \overline l _2 $$ subprocess in hadron-hadron interactions. It is a part of the one-loop electroweak radiative corrections for the

Gluon corrections to the Drell-Yan model

We calculate the O (..cap alpha../sub s/) corrections to the Drell-Yan model for pp ..-->.. +/ -/X in quantum chromodynamics. We find in agreement with previous work that the

One-loop corrections to the Drell–Yan process in SANC: the charged current case

Radiative corrections to the charged current Drell–Yan processes are revisited. Complete one-loop electroweak corrections are calculated within the automatic SANC system. Electroweak scheme

High-precision QCD at hadron colliders: Electroweak gauge boson rapidity distributions at next-to-next-to leading order

We compute the rapidity distributions of W and Z bosons produced at the Tevatron and the LHC through next-to-next-to leading order in QCD. Our results demonstrate remarkable stability with respect to

Report of the QCD Tools Working Group

We report on the activities of the ``QCD Tools for heavy flavors and new physics searches'' working group of the Run II Workshop on QCD and Weak Bosons. The contributions cover the topics of improved

Massive QCD amplitudes at higher orders

We consider the factorization properties of on-shell QCD amplitudes with massive partons in the limit when all kinematical invariants are large compared to the parton mass and discuss the structure

Electroweak gauge boson production at hadron colliders through O(alpha(s)**2)

We describe a calculation of the $\mathcal{O}({\ensuremath{\alpha}}_{s}^{2})$ QCD corrections to the fully differential cross section for $W$ and $Z$ boson production in hadronic collisions. The
