Rheumatoid arthritis (RA) synovial fibroblasts produce inflammatory mediators, which destruct cartilage and bone in RA joint. The aim of this study is to investigate the effect of myricetin on inflammatory cytokine/matrix metalloproteinase (MMP) production and mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) in IL-1beta-stimulated SW982 synovial cells.
