We are reporting a case of recurrent myoepithelioma of the parotid gland, that emerged as a cutaneous mass. She had a retroauricular subcutaneous mass with an underlying diagnosis of a cutaneous myoepithelioma, which was excised at a hospital's Dermatology Department 2 years earlier. The tumour was observed above the platysma and it was considered as a cutaneous myoepithelioma without the parotid gland structures.
