Die vorliegende Kasuistik will auf die Möglichkeiten der myokardialen Kontrastechokardiographie (MCE) mit Power Doppler Harmonic Imaging (PDHI) hinweisen, regionale myokardiale Minderperfusionen bei Risikopatienten in Ruhe zu detektieren. PDHI wird normalerweise in einem getriggerten Modus angewandt. Die Kontrastmittelbläschen werden durch die Ultraschallenergie der einzelnen Ultraschallpulse im Myokard zerstört.
