Myoblastomatoid (histiocytoid) carcinoma of the breast. A type of apocrine carcinoma.


Thirteen carcinomas of the breast having in common neoplastic cells with granular to foamy cytoplasm are described. These cells exhibit apocrine differentiation as demonstrated by immunocytochemical and in situ hybridization studies.
