Theiler's murine encephalomyelitis virus-induced demyelinating disease (TMEV-IDD), a multiple sclerosis (MS) model, is a central nervous system (CNS) demyelinating disease characterized by early peripheral T cell responses to virus epitopes which spreads to myelin epitopes during chronic disease.
