Mycosis fungoides mimicking erysipelas.

Abstract

Mycosis fungoides may rarely simulate facial erysipelas. In a patient with that clinical presentation, a biopsy specimen revealed a diffuse dermal infiltrate with numerous neutrophils that also mimicked erysipelas histopathologically.
