The muon anomalous magnetic moment exhibits a 3.6σ discrepancy between experiment and theory. One explanation requires the existence of a light vector boson, Z(d) (the dark Z), with mass 10-500 MeV that couples weakly to the electromagnetic current through kinetic mixing. Support for such a solution also comes from astrophysics conjectures regarding the utility of a U(1)(d) gauge symmetry in the dark matter sector. In that scenario, we show that mass mixing between the Z(d) and ordinary Z boson…

Understanding the MiniBooNE and the muon and electron g − 2 anomalies with a light Z′ and a second Higgs doublet
Two of the most widely studied extensions of the Standard Model (SM) are a) the addition of a new U(1) symmetry to its existing gauge groups, and b) the expansion of its scalar sector to incorporate
Searching for Z′ bosons at the P2 experiment
The P2 experiment aims at high-precision measurements of the parityviolating asymmetry in elastic electron-proton and electron-12C scatterings with longitudinally polarized electrons. We discuss here
New physics for muon anomalous magnetic moment and its electroweak precision analysis
About 3 deviation from the standard model prediction of muon anomalous magnetic moment (muon g-2) has been reported. We consider new physics beyond the standard model which has new Yukawa
Dark CP violation and gauged lepton or baryon number for electroweak baryogenesis
We explore the generation of the baryon asymmetry in an extension of the standard model where the lepton number is promoted to a U(1) gauge symmetry with an associated Z′ gauge boson. This is based
A Minimal Dark Matter Model for Muon g-2 with Scalar Lepton Partners up to the TeV Scale
The E989 experiment at the Fermi National Laboratory reported a 4.2σ discrepancy between the measured magnetic dipole moment of the muon, and its prediction in the Standard Model (SM). In this study,
An explicit Z′-boson explanation of the B → K∗μ+μ− anomaly
A bstractA global fit to the recent B → K∗μ+μ− data shows indications for a large new-physics contribution to the Wilson coefficient of the semi-leptonic vector operator. In this article we consider
Dark photon search at a circular e+e− collider
One of the interesting portals linking a dark sector and the Standard Model (SM) is the kinetic mixing between the SM U(1)Y field with a new dark photon A′ from a U(1)A′ gauge interaction. Stringent

A bstractExtra dimensions (ED) can provide a useful tool for model-building. In this paper we introduce a single, flat ED extension of the kinetic-mixing/dark photon (DP) portal for dark matter (DM)
Searching for new physics from SMEFT and leptoquarks at the P2 experiment
The P2 experiment aims at high-precision measurements of the parity-violating asymmetry in elastic electron-proton and electron-C scatterings with longitudinally polarized electrons. We discuss here
