Multiquark states in a Goldstone boson exchange model

title={Multiquark states in a Goldstone boson exchange model},
  author={Fl. Stancu},
We discuss the stability of multiquark systems containing heavy flavours. We show that the Goldstone boson exchange model gives results at variance with one-gluon-exchange models.

The Role of Flavor in Multiquark Spectroscopy
In several mechanisms proposed for multiquark binding, the flavor content of the quark configuration plays a very important role. We shall review some past or recent results on multiquarks dealingExpand

We study a few of the lowest states of the pentaquark $$uudc\overline{c}$$uudcc¯, of positive and negative parity, in a constituent quark model with an SU(4) flavor-spin hyperfine interaction. ForExpand
Axial vector tetraquark with S = +2
The possibility of an axial-vector isoscalar tetraquark with udss is discussed. If the pentaquark {theta}{sup +}(1540) has the (qq){sub 3}(qq){sub 3}q configuration, the isoscalar udss ({theta}{supExpand

Tetraquarks with colour-blind forces in chiral quark models
Abstract We discuss the stability of multiquark systems within the recent model of Glozman et al. where the chromomagnetic hyperfine interaction is replaced by pseudoscalar-meson exchangeExpand
Heavy-flavour pentaquarks in a chiral constituent quark model
Abstract Within the chiral constituent quark model of Glozman and Riska and its further developments, we discuss the stability of heavy pentaquarks, i.e. hadrons containing four light quarks and aExpand
Light and strange baryons in a chiral constituent-quark model
Abstract We discuss the performance of a chiral constituent-quark model with regard to the description of light- and strange-baryon spectra. The model employs a linear confinement and an effectiveExpand
Possibility of stable multiquark baryons
Abstract Some of the heavy baryons ( Q qqqq) where Q denotes an heavy quark c or b, and q a light quark u, d or s, are likely to be stable with respect to their dissociation into a meson and aExpand
The Spectrum of the nucleons and the strange hyperons and chiral dynamics
Abstract The spectra of the nucleons, Δ resonances and the strange hyperons are well described by the constituent quark model if in addition to the harmonic confinement potential the quarks areExpand
New possibilities for exotic hadrons - anticharmed strange baryons
Abstract A new candidate for an exotic hadron is presented: an anticharmed strange baryon denoted by P cs , a bound state of a nucleon and an F (now called D s ). Theoretical estimates of the bindingExpand
Pentaquark update after ten years
Abstract Studying scattering of heavy flavor hadrons and looking for bound states is shown to give experimental information otherwise unobtainable about effective two-body interactions betweenExpand
Search for the pentaquark via the P^0_{{c bar}s} --> phi,pi,p decay
We report results of the first search for the pentaquark P_{{c bar}s} which is predicted to be a doublet of states: P^0_{{c bar}s}=({c bar} s u u d) and P^-_{{c bar}s}=({c bar} s d d u). A search wasExpand
