OBJECTIVE To analyze the management of pediatric trauma and the efficacy of the Pediatric Trauma Score (PTS) in classifying injury severity and predicting prognosis. DESIGN A retrospective case series. SETTING The Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario, a major pediatric trauma centre.
