A survey was conducted to assess aspects of the distribution of and service provision for clients with multiple sclerosis (MS) in a South London borough known from previous research to have a prevalence that exceeds national expectations. No distinctive feature of the borough or of the MS clients sampled supported the conclusion that the borough is in any way unique.
