The Common Spatial Patterns (CSP) algorithm has been widely used in EEG classification and Brain Computer Interface (BCI). In this paper, we propose a multilinear formulation of the CSP, termed as TensorCSP or Common Tensor Discriminant Analysis (CTDA) for high-order tensor data.
