Opitz G BBB syndrome is a rare condition characterized by the 3 major anomalies of hypertelorism, cleft lip and palate, and hypospadias, although there may be other associated anomalies. The underlying genetic causes are complex and consist of both X-linked recessive and autosomal dominant forms of the disorder.
