In this paper, we present a new multichannel spectral factorization algorithm which can be utilized to calculate the approximate spectral factor of any para-Hermitian polynomial matrix. The proposed algorithm is based on an iterative method for polynomial matrix eigenvalue decomposition (PEVD).
