UNLABELLED The treatment of choice for the well differentiated thyroid carcinoma has always been controversial. AIM to analyze tumor invasion of the thyroid gland's contralateral lobe in cases of differentiated carcinoma, correlating risk/benefit with the complications of a second surgical approach.
