Multi-walled carbon nanotubes are adsorptive materials that have potential for remediation of organic contaminants in water. Sediment elutriate exposures were undertaken with Ceriodaphnia dubia to compare the toxic effects of diphenhydramine in the presence and absence of sediment and multi-walled carbon nanotubes.
