This paper presents a multi-stage iris segmentation framework for the localization of pupillary and limbic boundaries of human eyes. Instead of applying time-consuming exhaustive search approaches, like traditional circular Hough Transform or Daugman’s integrodifferential operator, an iterative approach is used.
