In the present paper we prove that a variable energy multi-scale analysis implies dynamical localization in a strong (expectation) form. Thus we accomplish a goal of a long line of research. Ever since Anderson’s paper [5], the dynamics of waves in random media has been a subject of intensive research in mathematical physics.
