A multi-residue high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method with photodiode-array detection is presented for the determination of 12 non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) in plasma. This method has been validated under the consideration of actual alpha- and beta-errors according to an in-house validation concept based on a fractional factorial experiment.
