Aedes sp. known as the mosquito vector of dengue viruses that cause dengue fever disease. North Sulawesi is one of the areas with high cases of dengue fever in Indonesia. Present research was conducted to get the morphological characteristics of Aedes sp. in North Sulawesi and to construct phylogenies Aedes sp. of North Sulawesi based on partial CO1 gene. Samples Aedes sp. obtained from Bitung, North Minahasa, Minahasa, South Minahasa, Kotamobagu, Bolaang Mongondow and Sanger. Location mosquito… Expand
