Tubiform apical apparatus in 272 species based on intensive LM studies are analysed numerically in a well structures way. 19 morphological characters of mixed type are to describe morphological variation within tholi. Local density maxima of OTU's are used to identify tube types in order to summarize variation patterns present within the data.
